Shipping policy

To make costs transparent, we always charge shipping independently of the item price. There are a few items where we include shipping, but it will be explicitly mentioned if there is no shipping cost. We use direct Fedex Pricing functions to estimate as close as possible to our shipping cost - for items that can ship Fedex Ground, this is almost always spot on and usually does not require any additional cost. For all items over ~100 pounds, Fedex Freight offers great freight services for the best pricing and consistency. You can use your own freight shipper of choice if you arrange a pick-up, we can load and receive semi-trucks, just contact us and let us know. Orders exceeding insurance maximums, we will contact you to discuss shipping to ensure safe transport and delivery.

All Shipping was way simpler and cheaper before Covid, so we have updated our Policy to reflect the changes in the major shipping carriers. The major Shippers used to guarantee delivery timing and overnight order consistency - that is no longer the case. No major shipper guarantees any shipment delivery time with any amount of refundability. We always do our best to process orders as fast as possible and Fedex/USPS picks up daily around 3pm CST, and for emergency/overnight orders, we can take them to Fedex if it is after the ground cutoff timing until they close around 8pm CST. After 5pm we are closed, but we are often here after hours, if it is an emergency, it never hurt to call! Our building is next-door to our local Fedex station!

We insure Full Value on all packages through the Parcel Insurance Program, so in the event there is any issue involving package mishandling by the Carrier we will process the insurance claim and ship out a new unit. Please note that if the item ordered was the last in stock, it may take weeks to receive the replacement unit. Always reach out to us if you are unsure!
