    DESCRIPTION

With MAGIC FILTER you only need one external tank. Just fill it once with distilled water and you can perform dozens of sterilization cycles in your ENBIO S or ENBIO Pro without worrying about refilling with clean water and removing condensation.

Enbio Magic Filter is a filter that allows you to reuse waste water (condensate) after the sterilization process. As a result, the autoclave is powered by a closed loop system. Water for sterilization is drawn from an external tank. Flowing through the MAGIC FILTER, it is subject to purification in the ion exchange bed. It is used for sterilization after which it is returned to the external tank. The process repeats again when the next cycle is started

The ion-exchange resin contained in the Enbio Magic Filter makes it possible to purify waste water to the level of deionized water in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN 13060 (Annex C) - that is, the kind recommended and approved for use with Enbio autoclaves. Its design is simplified to the maximum and allows connect it to all Enbio devices, both the latest and those produced in the past.

MAGIC FILTER can purify a water capacity equal to 80 5-liter tanks. At a price of about 6.50 from 5 liters of demineralized water we get saving of 520 PLN. The economic calculus and definitely less burden of manual activities speak unquestionably in favor of MAGIC FILTER.

Enbio Magic Filter is filled with ion-exchange resin, which as it wears, changes its color from dark blue to amber. As long as the blue color is visible, the resin still has water purification properties, i.e. provides water hardness <0.02 mmol/l and conductivity <15 μS/cm. To ensure the correct parameters of the water supply to the device, it is recommended to check the water tank at least once a quarter. If contamination is found, the tank should be emptied, cleaned and flooded with new demineralized water.

Replace the filter with a new one once every 6 months or sooner when the resin discolors completely to an amber color. Failure to do so may disrupt the sterilization process and means the sterilizer warranty will be voided.
